RICS Surveys for Residential & Commercial Properties

We can provide information on the condition of the property you wish to buy, giving you a breakdown of the condition, existing issues and associated remedial costs before you commit to buying. Whether requiring Level 1 (the condition report), Level 2 (formerly known as the HomeBuyer survey) or Level 3 (Building Survey), our team is at hand to provide you with an easy-to-understand report so that you have confidence in your investment. Property
Valuations

In addition to the information provided in Level 2 (formerly known as the HomeBuyer survey), we can also provide a valuation on the ‘market value’ of the property. Alternatively, we can provide a sole valuation of the property. However, this does not highlight defects that do not materially affect the property’s value.
